Almost two months after I requested my money back, nothing happens. Upon my request, they informed me that they need 30 days to process chargeback. About 30 days later, they said I need to wait 7 more days. 15 days, and still nothing. I didn't get my money back... Don't get fooled like me. Very aggressive sales and lack of trial version are not only problems with WhiteSmoke.
