Whilst Microsoft Office Accounting is an excellent system in many ways, it has quite a few irritating quirks.
For instance, a user with several employees cannot easily email payslips to all employees.
Even printing to pdf is tricky as the system prints payslips for all active employees to a single document.
We’ve found the only way round this is to select individuals separately in the Process Payroll dialogue. Then print pdf payslips individually to each employee – a real hassle.
